  I had an accident November 30, 2017 and my insurance company instructed me to pick up a rental from Enterprise. I selected the Bohemia branch and my experience with them was nothing short of a disaster. I had an SUV that was involved in an accident and Julie told me to pick up a Toyota 4 Runner as that was compatible to the car that I had. I asked that my insurance company has only allocated a certain amount of money & would that cover the cost of this rental. I was told not to worry as they would subrogate the difference from the other vehicle's insurance company and if there was any problem with the surogation I would be notified in a day and I could exchange the rental to something that fit within the allocated budget from the insurance company. Before signing on the contract I asked at least 3 times if there is any problem I will take the other rental and I was repeatedly assured that it will all be fine. I did not receive any call from Julie or any staff members about the car in a day and I thought everything was okay. I returned the rental after 30 days and to my surprise I was told that I would have to pay a difference of $768.00 on top of what my insurance company paid. I was flabbergasted and told Julie about our conversation before I signed the contract and she outright told me that she does not recall having any such conversation. My credit card was charged the $768.00 and now I have to fight with the other insurance company to get my money back. I feel that I was led into an upsell by the staff at the Bohemia location. I called the corporate office to complain and they noted down all the information and I was told that someone would get back to me to help me resolve this issue but as of today I have not heard from anyone from Corporate. I have heard great things about Enterprise and I know a lot of people have had positive experiences but this one definitely left a sour taste in my mouth with a loss of $768.00 which I hope that I can recover. Julie & the staff definitely lied to me and according to them they said that they did try to talk with someone from the other insurance company but to no avail. I will surely not go back to this location. Just upset over the whole thing
